Lifelong learning in Ireland

In quarter 4 2024. Key points include

1. 1. There were nearly 458,000 lifelong learning participants in Ireland in quarter 4 2024 – the highest number to-date
   2. The lifelong learning rate was 16%, exceeding the target set out in the National skills Strategy (15%)
   3. Lifelong learning rates decline with age, but increase with higher levels of educational attainment.
