A Year in Review

2025 was an exceptional year for Irish College Leuven, as we welcomed student and academic groups from across the world. We were delighted to host groups from a wide range of subject areas and are deeply grateful to our partners and collaborators whose support makes these programmes possible.

Throughout the year, we worked closely with many KU Leuven lecturers and visiting experts, offering students valuable academic insight alongside practical experience. Our programmes included numerous institutional visits to the EU institutions, regular study visits to Brussels, a wide range of company visits, and carefully curated cultural and academic activities.

In addition to exploring Belgium, our groups also travelled to several neighbouring countries, including France, the Netherlands, Germany, and Luxembourg, further enriching their international learning experience.

We are delighted to share this year in review, which reflects our work across a range of programmes and highlights how our network in Belgium supports a diverse mix of educational and cultural activities developed with universities, schools, public bodies, professional organisations, and community groups internationally.
