Computer Science and Electronic & Robotics Engineering Summer Camps

Registration is now open for the Maynooth University Computer Science and Electronic & Robotics Engineering Summer Camps 2024.

Before beginning our advertising run, we are offering first spaces to previous attendees and those who have been in touch. These camps will take place between 17^th June and 12^th July from 930am - 1pm, Monday to Friday.

Each week is individual, so you can register for one or multiple weeks. There will be two 90-minute sessions per day. 

Full details can be found at the below link to our shop page, but as a quick summary, the camp caters to students aged 13-18 years old. We run a beginners camp which is most suitable for the younger kids or those who want to try a broad range of Computer Science topics in a fun and approachable manner. We also have an advanced camp which teaches Computer Science and Electronic Engineering and Robotics topics in a more project-based approach. Finally, we run a Women-in-STEM week which is similar to the beginners camp but staffed entirely by females (boys still welcome to attend of course!).

Ticket prices and further details are available on the registration site below. Please note that exact sessions are still being finalised, but these will be published to the shop in the coming weeks. For now, the attached images will give you a flavour of what to expect. Please also note, if you are registering more than one student, you need to fill out the form once per student. In your first confirmation email, you will receive a discount code to reduce the cost for your second child onwards by €25.
