BCFE Record Breaking IMRO Radio Awards Winners for Alumni.

20 wins for BCFE Radio Alumni out of 35 Nominations.  

Former BCFE Radio Students had been nominated in 35 IMRO Industry Radio Awards, meaning that almost 20% of all nominations involved a BCFE Radio Alumni.

This year the ceremony was launched by President Michael D Higgins and #IMRO20 was Trending NO1 on Twitter in Ireland.

35 BCFE Radio Alumni up for awards and there was as an amazing 20 Winners.

Ironically, the stats were for & against us.

Many ex-students competing against each other ex BCFE students in the same categories.

In unusual instances, individual alumni had other nominations in the same category, for different work. This resulted in them being in competition with themselves and other former BCFE students for an IMRO award.

It’s an astounding result and congratulations to all.

Leaving Certificate / LCVP minimum of two H5 / O1 and three O6 / H7 grades or equivalent.

QQI Level 5 award with a merit profile or BTEC National Diploma with a merit profile.

Academic entry requirements may be waived for mature applicants (21+).
