Online Courses ![]() Leading and Managing Digital Learning in your School (Primary), July 1-17 This is a new summer course for primary school principals, deputy principals, digital learning coordinators and team members, as well as aspiring leaders. The course was developed in partnership with the Irish Primary Principals Network (IPPN). Get a flavour with the short video included at the link below. Approved for EPV days. Enrol from 10am, 1st May. ![]() Digital Technology for Inclusive Learning, July 1-17 This summer course is being repeated given its popularity with primary mainstream teachers, as well as those in special schools or providing individual support to pupils with additional needs, last year. It takes a Universal Design for Learning (UDL) approach to digital technology and inclusion. The course was developed with key inputs from the NCSE. Approved for EPV days. Enrol from 10am, 1st May. Subscribe to the Primary one or Post Primary one now. ![]() ![]() Help Shape Our New Primary SID Programme Webwise is developing a new Safer Internet Day Ambassador Programme for 6th class pupils and their teachers. This programme aims to empower pupils to take the lead in promoting online safety within their school community. Through peer mentoring and student-led initiatives, pupils will support younger classes while raising awareness about important online safety topics. Through a short survey, we would love to hear your thoughts on how this programme could work best in your classroom. ![]() Digital Citizenship Champions Conference Eighty teachers took part in the Webwise Digital Citizenship Champions Programme, delivered in partnership with Oide Technology in Education. This initiative is designed to empower primary school teachers with the knowledge, skills, and resources to effectively teach digital citizenship. The final event bought together participating teachers and online safety stakeholders to explore strategies for supporting parents and guardians in guiding children toward responsible digital citizenship.
