• GY123 BSc (Social Sciences and Sustainability): This course has a new title incorporating ‘sustainability’ to reflect the curriculum’s contemporary focus and the aim of equipping students with applicable skills across the environment, economic and society pillars of sustainability.
• GY125 BA (Digital Arts and Technology): This course has been withdrawn and will not be available for CAO 2026.
• Subject Geography in GY101 BA (Joint Honours): The subject of Geography offered in GY101 will have a new title of ‘Geography, Climate and Sustainability’ from September 2026 onwards.

College of Science and Engineering

• GY323 BSc (Zoology): Our new BSc (Zoology) will commence in September 2026 with code CAO GY323. As the only denominated programme in Zoology offered in Ireland, the course immerses students in the fascinating world of the animal kingdom equipping graduates with essential skills for careers in conservation, biodiversity and the environment.
