Registration is now open for #ThinkLanguages Week 2025! The TY celebration of languages and cultures is back for an eighth year with partners offering a wide range of activities for schools. This year, hundreds of primary teachers have already engaged in funded language upskilling courses in French, German, Italian, and Spanish. New courses will be starting this term, with registration opening in late September. More information will be available soon here>> |

This summer PPLI funded and visited four Language Summer Camps across Ireland, featuring three languages – Chinese, Japanese and Italian, three of the lesser taught languages, aimed at complete beginners and provided students with the opportunity to learn and connect with new cultures, foods, music and friends. There are still some spaces available for students entering 5 th year in September in Mandarin Chinese, Polish or Japanese for Leaving Certificate.
