This year, the Engineers Ireland STEPS programme celebrates its 25th anniversary and we want to hear from you. 

During this time, STEPS has impacted millions of students, guiding them towards bright futures in engineering through our flagship initiatives like Engineers Week, which promotes engineering as a career path, and Engineering Your Future, an immersive experience that gives Transition Year students hands-on exposure and practical insights into engineering. 

Over the years, STEPS has encouraged the rising generation of engineers through online and classroom programmes, career talks, and other outreach activities working with hundreds of engineer volunteers and multiple volunteer organisations.
