The Skills Supply in Ireland has grown strongly over the past five years, most notably in ICT, Engineering and Construction disciplines.

However, recent evidence indicates that undergraduates are finding it increasingly difficult to gain work experience in their chosen discipline. Employers are encouraged to engage with local education providers to facilitate new entrants to the workplace and secure an ongoing pipeline of local talent.
