RCSI MyHealth: Your toolkit for living well during the pandemic RCSI

Please find below information about the next event in the RCSI MyHealth Series 2021/2022, ‘Your toolkit for living well during the pandemic: the six pillars of lifestyle medicine (part 2). This will be a virtual only event.

Learning to live well as we emerge from the pandemic is the theme of two discussions in the MyHealth series. In part 1, we heard from a panel of RCSI experts who reviewed the lifestyle medicine pillars of physical activity and exercise, healthy relationships and sleep. In part 2 a panel of RCSI experts will review the lifestyle medicine pillars of nutrition and diet, harmful substance reduction, and stress reduction and mental health to explore the strategies and tools we can use to improve our physical and emotional health.

 

The part 2 panel discussion will be available to watch from Tuesday, 16 November 2021 on the RCSI YouTube channel. A link to view the event will also be made available on the RCSI website at www.rcsi.com/myhealthlectures along with any additional resources mentioned during this discussion. The recording will be available to watch back at any time after that on the RCSI YouTube channel.
