We are coming to the end of a busy term, having visited dozens of schools for presentations and careers fairs, and enjoying lots of interesting conversations with you, your students and colleagues. And, occasionally, we meet our own students on placements in your schools!

QQI FET Open Day

In late November we held our QQI FET Open Day. This is an entry route for almost all UG courses here at DCU, and we welcomed hundreds of prospective students for general talks on DCU and the supports available, tours of campus and of specific facilities such as the Nursing Building, and the chance to talk to staff and current students.

New Building

We have a new building! Polaris will open next year, and will accommodate over 3,000 students from the Faculty of Science and Health, and the Faculty of Engineering and Computing. This landmark building will provide modern teaching and research facilities for generations of DCU students.

The Online CAO Information Evening

Tuesday January 14, 2025. Our students presenting on their courses. For your students (and their parents and guardians), this is a brilliant opportunity to learn from the experts at studying at DCU. Questions that can be covered include - Why should I chose this course? What are the Entry Requirements? What is it like in first year? What supports are available if I'm struggling? How do I join a Club or Society? Registration (link top right), with schedule TBC.

Sports Scholarships
