Home Economics
The BA (Hons) in Home Economics at SETU is a comprehensive three-year honours degree that combines scientific, social, and applied learning to prepare graduates for life and work in families, communities and broader society.

Pharmacy (MPharm)
The Master of Pharmacy programme is a five-year programme which integrates periods of experiential learning placement.
Upon successful completion of four years of study, students will obtain the Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Pharmacy. With successful completion of the fifth year of study, students are awarded the Master of Pharmacy.

Veterinary Medicine
The Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine (MVB) programme will provide students with focused scientific, clinical and professional training in the practice of veterinary medicine.
Developed in alignment with the Veterinary Council of Ireland’s accreditation standards, the programme is currently undergoing the Council’s formal accreditation process.

Horticulture
The BSc (Honours) in Horticulture at Kildalton College is a four-year Level 8 degree delivered in partnership with Teagasc and South East Technological University. It blends science, practical skills, and business, covering plant production, landscape design, food crops, and sustainability. With a 15 week industry placement, graduates earn Green Cert status. This course suits those passionate about plants, the environment, sustainable food production, or pursuing a dynamic career in horticulture, landscaping, or agribusiness.

Agriculture
The BSc (Honours) in Agriculture is a four-year Level 8 degree designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to manage modern commercial farms. The first two years focus on practical farming skills, while the third year enhances business, managerial, scientific, and IT competencies. Students undertake a 12-week farm placement in the second year, gaining hands-on experience on high-quality commercial farms. Graduates are prepared for roles in farm management, agrifood cooperatives, meat processing, and agribusiness sales.
