Young Musicians take the spotlight on TG4. |

On Sunday, March 16th at 21:30, TG4 will premiere a special Geantraí - An Ghlúin Úr filmed at the Le Chéile concert featuring over 200 young musicians from across Ireland.
The broadcast was filmed at the University of Galway during Galway TradFest in November 2024. It features young musician and singers from Music Generation's Galway County, Kerry, Laois, Waterford and Wicklow. Together, they are the Music Generation Trad Collective.
Produced by Music Generation Galway County, Le Chéile (meaning "Together") brought young performers face-to-face with some of Ireland’s most iconic Traditional Irish artists. Expect electrifying performances from Sharon Shannon, Beoga, Pauline Scanlon and Niall McCabe, who share the stage with the next generation of musicians and singers.

St. Patrick’s weekend just got a whole lot more exciting!
100 young musicians from the Music Generation Cavan/Monaghan Cross-Border Folk Orchestra will take the stage with legendary accordion player Máirtín O'Connor and the sensational Zoë Conway for two unforgettable concerts.
Under the baton of acclaimed composer Michael Rooney, the orchestra will reimagine Máirtín O’Connor’s iconic back-catalogue, blending tradition with new fresh sounds.
