Each year, current MU students are encouraged to apply for SPUR (Summer Programme for Undergraduate Research). The Careers and Employability Service manage SPUR.

Students are invited to apply for one of 52 research projects which are available across the three faculties.
SPUR is a paid active research based experiential learning programme. The successful students spend 6 weeks during the summer working with a MU academic mentor on a real-life research project.
