Use your micro:bit to pick a random number, you can decide if it’s odd or even, then get your micro:bit to tell you if you were right. 

Times tables tester project

Choose two random numbers by pressing buttons A and B, then shake your micro:bit to find out what the answer would be if you multiplied them together. 
Energy cost calculator project

Learn how to work out the cost of energy. This project is great for practising converting watts to kilowatts and minutes to hours.

It's EU Code Week from 14 - 27 October, a great time to try one, or all, of the following:
Professional development course

Using short and friendly videos, our free courses cover a range of topics to do with computing and the micro:bit. They also provide useful teaching resources such as workbooks, activity plans and posters. 

micro:bit classroom

You can use micro:bit classroom to run a live code session with your class using Microsoft MakeCode or the micro:bit Python Editor. 

Python editor

The micro:bit Python editor was designed for use in the classroom following consultation with teachers and makes teaching text-based programming easy.
