In the tradition of our First Year Executive MBA Class, Daniel Cordeiro of Focus Ireland was presented with a cheque for €12,552 for the charity which was raised by the class over the past two months!
Under the leadership of Sacha Dekker, Joe Giltinane, Karel Vanoverbeke and Noelle Walsh fundraising activities included a yoga class and meditation delivered by our colleague Gillian Mayer and a sleep out by the staff at Mount Errigal Hotel Conference and Leisure Centre. Daniel Cordeiro accepted the cheque very graciously on behalf of Focus Ireland and spoke passionately about the challenges of the homeless crisis and the importance of the donation received. We extend our deepest gratitude for all the individual donations as well as the corporate donations from; Mount Errigal Hotel Conference and Leisure Centre, Irish Cement Limited, Chadwicks Group, Bank of Ireland and Optum received for Focus Ireland. Well done to our Executive MBA Year 1 class who responded so brilliantly to this annual fundraising challenge set by Prof. Patrick Flood and everyone who supported them.
