EU Traineeships for Graduates

Are you a recent graduate that would like to get some practical experience of the work of the EU Institutions? 

Then you have now the chance to apply for the October 2025 Blue Book Traineeship programme with the European Commission.

This programme is a great way to gain experience of working life in the EU and, for many, it can act as the launch pad to an EU career. Trainees work in a multicultural environment, develop professional skills, and gain insights into the operations of EU institutions across several locations in the EU.

The programme is a five-month paid internship, providing young graduates from around the world with hands-on experience in EU policymaking and administration.

The Bluebook programme provides trainees with a grant of €1,418.20 per month.
