Junior Cycle results are in, and the CAO opens in 4 weeks

It's a big few weeks for students all over the country, so here's a quick note on what to do next, whatever year you or your child is in.

Junior Cycle students: congratulations!

Well done to everyone who got their Junior Cycle results this week. Take a moment to enjoy them, because you've earned it.

The next big decision is your Leaving Cert subjects. The subjects you pick can open or close doors to college courses later on, so it's worth choosing them around what you enjoy and where you might want to go.

Our LC Subject Choice Test looks at your interests and shows which Leaving Cert subjects suit you best, so you can talk it through with your parents and your guidance counsellor.
