Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science James Lawless TD launches INSPIRE, a landmark €750 million investment package that will transform research infrastructure across Ireland’s higher education sector.

Inaugural Skills Summit looks to boost workforce development in Fingal. Unlocking Skills for Tomorrow’s Workforce summit, delivered in collaboration with key partners including, Dublin Regional Skills Forum, SOLAS, the Department of Social Protection, Skillnet Ireland, Dublin & Dun Laoghaire ETB, City of Dublin ETB, DCU, and Fingal Local Enterprise Office.

The Irish Financial Services Skills Framework has now been expanded to support Ireland’s funds sector. Developed with input and support from the Irish Funds, the expanded Framework supports Funds professionals to explore skills across key functions and strengthen capabilities with relevant education and training options.

Applications are now open for the January 2026 intake of the Digital4Business Professional Master’s in Advanced Digital Technologies for Business. For this January intake only, there are no tuition, registration or exam fees thanks to co-funding from the European Union and the Digital4Business consortium. Delivered 100% online and taught in English, the programme is available through a range of flexible options, from full-time Master’s to micro-credentials.

The Institute of Art, Design and Technology (IADT) offers a wide range of short, micro-credential courses that will give professionals a great opportunity to upskill or reskill - from Animation, Production Management, Radio and Podcast Production to Data Visualisation, UX Design, Speculative Design Futures and more!

ENFUSE matches local enterprises and social enterprises with teams of masters level students to provide insights, propose solutions and ultimately present a bespoke and tangible plan that sets out how the enterprise can innovate, address challenges and develop opportunities.
