Upcoming Events at NCAD

It's Officially Spooky Season

But you don't have to be scared about your college applications! NCAD is here to support you along the way!

This month and next month we have a variety of events to help support you as you work on your portfolio(s) and begin making a decision on which programmes you will apply to for the 2026/2027 Academic Year!

For those of you planning to apply in 2026, here are some important dates!

Portfolio Information Evening Sessions take place:

Monday 20th , Tuesday 21st, OR Wednesday 22nd of October

Monday 20th October is an online session for those based outside of Dublin from 17:30- 18:30.

*Please note: You must book a space to receive the Zoom link.

Those based near Dublin should attend in-person to avail of the opportunity to also meet students and view their portfolios, on either:

Tuesday 21st or Wednesday 22nd October from 18:00- 19:30. Book below to ensure there is a space for you!

Product Design and Interaction Design Portfolio Workshop is on:

Wednesday, 29th October

A portfolio is no longer mandatory for BA Interaction Design and BA Product Design! However, you can still submit an optional portfolio and have the opportunity to gain up to 200 points to your Leaving/CAO points.

Come attend the Product & Interaction Design Workshop from 10:00- 16:00.

*Places are filling fast, so be sure to book below ASAP!

NCAD Open Day is:

Wednesday, 26th November

This is an important day for anyone applying to NCAD on the CAO. You get the opportunity to attend talks, view student portfolios, take part in various fun activities, and chat to students working in their studio spaces.

All are welcome - bring your friends.

Students are invited to be on campus anytime between 9:00- 14:00 with Calm Hour from 14:00- 15:00.
