The Engineers Ireland STEPS Programme is designed to open up the exciting possibilities which engineering offers to school children who want to make a real difference in the world.

STEPS Engineering Your Future offers transition year students a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in an engineering work experience. This initiative focuses on hands-on challenges across all engineering disciplines and highlights different routes to engineering, including Higher Educational Institutes, engineering companies and apprenticeships. STEPS EYF also offers a virtual work experience.
