Trinity has launched a progressive suite of accredited micro-credentials as a transformative development in continuing education, bridging academic and workplace environments.
Trinity’s first ever micro-credentials lead the way with cutting-edge content in the fields of leadership, sustainability, social impact and health. Four Schools will deliver the first 19 modules in September 2021. They are:
Trinity Business School: modules include Finance for Non-Financial Executives; Foundations in Lean Operational Excellence; Leading People/Teams; Leading with Business Analytics and Big Data; and Creating Value with ESG.
School of Engineering: modules include Air Pollution; Solar Energy Conversion & Applications; Low Carbon Power Technology; and Cyber-physical Systems and Control.
School of Nursing & Midwifery: modules include Issues informing Nurse and Midwife Prescribing and Clinical Practicum; Safeguarding Adults at Risk of Abuse; and Authority to refer to Radiological Procedures.
School of Social Work & Social Policy: modules include Legal Training for Child Protection and Welfare Practitioners; Disability and Child Protection; and Digital Technologies in Human Services.
