Covid, I know is having a very disruptive impact on Career Guidance delivery with high absenteeism in staff and student body. As a result Guidance Counsellors 1-1 and small group work has been impacted in lots of schools with all hands on deck. In schools where the Guidance Counsellor is absent, getting qualified subs available for work is extremely challenging. I hope you will find our webinars/recordings and resources of help to you as you navigate through these challenges
