Upskilling in Artificial Intelligence

Almost all enterprises and/or their staff are now engaging with AI Tools to aid productivity.

Lifelong Learning Rates in Ireland

Lifelong Learning rate in Ireland is at 15.7% in Q4 2025 (down slightly from 16%). Are companies devoting sufficient time to learning in the workplace?

In Q4 2025, an estimated 454,600 persons in Ireland aged 25-64 years had participated in lifelong learning activities in the previous 4 weeks, 3,300 (0.7%) fewer than in Q4 2024. Further details here.

Skills Supply in Ireland
 

The Skills Supply in Ireland has grown strongly over the past five years, most notably in ICT, Engineering and Construction disciplines.

However, recent evidence indicates that undergraduates are finding it increasingly difficult to gain work experience in their chosen discipline. Employers are encouraged to engage with local educators (SETU and ETBs) to facilitate new entrants to the workplace and secure an ongoing pipeline of local talent. Further details here.

Executive Leadership Programme - a flagship executive experience for senior leaders in the South East

This course has been developed in response to a growing leadership skills gap identified by employers throughout the South East.
