Sentencing Procedure – How it works

The process of sentencing can be considered to be a topic of discussion that is quite vague. We at LawEd, wanted to make it clear just exactly what happens once a person has been arrested right up to their trial and ultimately, hearing the sentence that has been imposed.

This is obviously a situation we would never want anyone to find themselves in, but we also feel it is extremely important for people to be aware of their rights and responsibilities if this ever happened to them or someone they know.
