NCAD welcomes school students, teachers, guidance counsellors, parents & other family.
Attendance is completely free but please register for a ticket in advance.
Guidance counsellors/teachers interested in a booking a group for a tour, please email [email protected]. Limited availability. First come, first served.
NEWPLC student talk for PLC students interested in applying to Product Design or Interaction Design at 10.15am.
Definitely catch one of the First Year Talks because you'll get tips on how to prepare a portfolio and a great overall picture of what your First Year in NCAD will look like.
Visit current 1st year students on the Ground Floor of the Design Building for Portfolio Demonstrations.
If you're thinking of applying through HEAR/DARE or have a disability you should visit our NCAD Access Office information stand in the concourse from 9.30am - 3pm.
Calm Hour takes place from 2pm to 3pm and is ideally suited for any visitors who would benefit from a calmer environment.
NEW Join NIVAL, the National Irish Visual Arts Library and take 5 minutes to participate in designing a page for an Artist Book that will be added to the NIVAL collection, 10am to 3pm.
If you are interested in our BA in Visual Culture, be sure to check out our talk at 11.30am.
Plan your route to get to NCAD in advance. We encourage visitors to use public transport as there is no parking available on campus. A limited number of private car parks are available nearby. More information on travel can be found here.
Visit as many studios as you like. We're an Open House so you can just pop in. There will be time to see everything.

This year, we are delighted to announce that will be hosting the first ever NCAD Open Day Quiz!
Ask one of our Student Ambassadors on the day for a copy of the quiz, fill out your answers and return your quiz sheet to the Yellow Van that will be located in Grey Square to be within a chance of winning 1 of 20 NCAD T-shirts (sold for €20).
Every 50th person to join our Undergraduate Mailing List on the day will receive a free NCAD Tote Bag.
