National Parents and Students Leaving Certificate Helpline Information

The period following the Leaving Certificate results can be both exciting and challenging. To support students and parents during this transition, the Department of Education, in collaboration with the Institute of Guidance Counsellors (IGC), the National Parents Council (NPC), and the Irish Second-level Students Union (ISSU), provides the National Parents and Students Leaving Certificate Helpline.

The introduction a new text-based service this year in addition to the phone service will be available the day the Leaving Certificate Exam results are issued, and during the period after.
