Learn with NALA awards ceremony

Last month we were proud to host our Learn with NALA awards ceremony in Dublin. Over 40 incredible adult learners joined by tutors, families and friends came together to celebrate and receive their awards and certificates. Our guest speaker was Sinéad Burke, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Founder of Tilting the Lens, who highlighted the importance of accessibility in education.

NALA CEO Colleen Dube led an insightful panel discussion with NALA Tutor Cait Cooney and learners Deirdre Ryan and Mohamed Abdi Dheeg, who shared their personal learning journeys.

The day was filled with inspiring stories, proud moments, and well-deserved recognition!

Thank you to Linda Waldron who recently shared her inspiring story of returning to learning with The Irish Examiner.
