FindMyCollegeCouse.ie Teacher Webinar

Join us on Tuesday 6th January 2026 at 4:00pm for a focused, practical webinar for Guidance Counsellors on how to use FindMyCollegeCourse.ie at a whole-school level. The webinar will centre on the FindMyCollegeCourse Teacher Dashboard, demonstrating how it can be used to manage cohorts, analyse student results efficiently, and support subject choice, CAO research and post-school planning. The session will show how FMCC can be embedded into existing guidance provision without increasing administrative workload, and how it can be used strategically across year groups as part of a structured guidance programme.

For schools, the Teacher Dashboard supports a consistent, evidence-based whole-school guidance framework. It enables guidance counsellors to identify trends across classes and year groups, plan targeted guidance interventions, and support SEN, TY, 5th and 6th year guidance provision in a coordinated manner. The data generated can inform guidance planning, reporting to school management, and alignment with DES guidance requirements. For counsellors, it provides a clear overview of student engagement and outcomes, reduces duplication of work, and allows guidance time to be used more effectively—particularly during peak periods such as subject choice and the CAO application process.
