Web Applications Development - Web applications development is involved with programming the back-end of a dynamic website. Most dynamic websites are database driven, this means that a web page grabs information from a database and inserts that information into the web page each time it is loaded. This module is used to broaden the student’s understanding of the use and administration of databases with web technologies. This module assumes that the student has a basic knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP programming and uses these to create multiuser dynamic websites.
