Demand for Multi-Denominational Schools Many families still cannot access non-religious schools

There is a huge demand from parents for more school choice. Yet many families still have no multi-denominational schools nearby.
Only 5% of primary schools in Ireland are multi-denominational
6 counties still have no Educate Together school
No new Educate Together school has opened in the last 3 years
If you want this to change, encourage parents you know to visit www.gov.ie/en/department-of-education/campaigns/primary-school-survey/ and have their say.
If some religious schools transfer patronage, there will be more choice. Share the survey with other parents. The Government needs to hear that there is demand for a multi-denominational school in your community.
