Career Lead - Online Lectures

Dr Mary Quirke is part of a European academic network, an Erasmus project. 

The project has a specific focus on research that informs school guidance practice. 

This is part of a lecture series being coordinated and Dr Mary Quirke is delivering this one; it is informed by her PhD research on Universal Design for Guidance.

Universal Design as applied to guidance is new;  UDL for pedagogical practice is better known. In essence, Universal Design is when you design to include a wide diversity of people and so appreciates the intersectionality of people guidance now engages with.

This is a free talk, and all are most welcome. 

CAREER LEAD is a European research network on Career Guidance in general education and vocational schools. The network was founded in 2024 to promote the exchange and cooperation of researchers (not only) in European countries.
