Announcing: Strype 1.1 - a new Python IDE

We have just released Strype 1.1, a new browser-based educational Python IDE.

Strype includes a frame-based editor, which makes program entry and editing easier than plain text editors, and it is open source and free to use. It run entirely in a browser – no installation required.

Perhaps most interesting: Strype includes a graphics API that makes creating animated graphics easier than it has ever been in Python. To see what we mean with this, you might like to watch this short video: Making a game in 6 minutes
