Outreach Guidance: How to Reach the Hard to ReachThe provision of career guidance services for the most marginalised people in society is a continuing challenge for many countries. Traditional approaches of staff waiting in offices for these people to come to meet them have long been debunked. In Europe, there are many good examples of outreach programmes, often linked with the existing public employment services.
