Join is for the Innovative Maths Pedagogy And Creative Teaching (IMPACT) Awards, a celebration of innovative and collaborative mathematics teaching in action. Following a very successful first project year we are inviting you to come experience all the great teaching practice ideas and resources from the project. This event is designed for second-level teachers of mathematics who are interested in staying up to date with latest classroom practice, whether you have years of experience or are new to teaching mathematics there will be something for everyone.

The showcase offers a unique opportunity to experience the programme first-hand, through a series of interactive workshops and a marketplace-style sharing session, you will see Units of Learning and classroom resources brought to life by teachers who have taken part in the programme. You’ll have the chance to explore ideas, ask questions, and gather inspiration for your own practice.

The event will also feature a guest speaker, along with the presentation of the IMPACT Badge and Flag awards, recognising the outstanding work of teachers and schools involved in the programme.

Whether you are just curious about IMPACT or would like to get involved in the 2026/27 school year, this is a fantastic opportunity to connect with other teachers, explore innovative approaches, and see what’s possible in mathematics teaching and learning.
