Personal StoryAs World Suicide Prevention Month comes to a close, we pause to reflect and share a deeply personal story of survival from one of our dedicated volunteers.
Stories of suicide prevention have the power to save lives. When someone shares how they made it through a suicidal crisis, it reminds others that support is out there, that change is possible, and that they are never alone.

This training day is designed to equip Student HEADSTRONG Committees with the skills and confidence to lead our programme in a peer-to-peer manner, bringing vital mental health awareness and education to their entire school community throughout the year.
Each participating school/teacher is invited to bring up to 8 students from their Student HEADSTRONG Committee.
