Engineers Week takes place from Saturday 1st - Friday 7th March 2025.
About Engineers Week
Engineers Week, run by the Engineers Ireland STEPS programme, was created to introduce primary and secondary school children to the diverse world of engineering.
The STEPS Team is calling on engineers and engineering organisations to get involved. If you wish to promote the importance of engineering to primary and secondary school children, we want to hear from you. This includes colleges, libraries, local authorities, families, teachers, STEM professionals and science communicators.
STEPS has designed a range of interactive, hands-on activities to inspire you to organise your own Engineers Week event and we're here to support you with any queries you may have. This combination of professional expertise and learning-by-doing opens children's minds to the wonders of engineering in everyday life.
