FIT promoting inclusion in Ireland’s Tech Talent Pipeline at AHEAD’s Building the Future

FIT joined a range of industry champions and partners advocating for equity, access and inclusion in employment and education, at AHEAD’s Building the Future Event. This annual careers event is for students and graduates with disabilities, providing an opportunity to explore the world of work, further education and seek assistance with job readiness skills.

Held in Citi, AHEAD’s Building the Future event welcomed 120 young job seekers, who met and discussed career options and educational opportunities with exhibitors, attended clinics on CV preparation and mock interview sessions and heard from a variety of key note speakers, discussing options and best practices for young adults and jobseekers entering the workforce.
