Working with Dreams and Nightmares in Psychotherapy

Introduction:

Therapists often report a lack of confidence and competence in working with client dreams and nightmares. This short workshop will furnish you with practical skills to work with this material.

Course Content:

This short one-day workshop will help therapists to begin to work with dreams and nightmares in clinical practice. We will explore some foundational theories of dreams and their role in contemporary therapy. We will demonstrate and provide instruction on The Narrative Method for dream work, and equip participants with a range of insights, tools and methods for working with client dreams.
