New Digital Media Literacy resource for you!National Youth Council

We've been busy this summer working on an important new resource I'm excited to share with you today!

In partnership with Webwise, we have adapted their resource Connected: An Introduction to Digital Media Literacy, for use by youth workers and those working with young people.

Access Connected >>
Connected helps you empower young people to be effective, autonomous and safe users of technology and online media, and explores:

  • online wellbeing
  • false information
  • big data and
  • young people’s rights online.

It's been great working with Webwise on this. As the Irish internet safety awareness centre they bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise, and our Child Protection Programme has made sure that it is relevant to you in your work.

I'd love to hear what you think of Connected, so if you have any feedback or questions, please feel free to get in touch.

Kind regards,

Siobhán
