The BSc in Spatial Planning and Environmental Management (DT106) at TU Dublin is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in either planning the future of towns and cities or managing a sustainable environment for the future.
The BSc is one of Ireland’s top professionally accredited programs, leading to a specialised, internationally recognised and highly employable degree in these two fields, which are directly engaged in combating climate change.
Because it is a combined programme, students have the flexibility to decide in second year whether to stream into one of two specialist areas, either Spatial Planning or Environmental Management.
The programme is delivered at TU Dublin Environment & Planning, which has some of Ireland’s leading experts in these fields.
The programme is engaged and active-learning based. Students get involved in fieldwork, studio-work, group projects and meeting with agencies, communities and other stakeholders in their many studies.
It is based at TU Dublin Bolton Street Campus, exactly halfway between the new TU Dublin sustainable campus at Grangegorman and the city centre, both within 10 minutes walking distance.
