The European Digital Education Hub (EDEH) invites teachers from primary, secondary, and initial VET education, across all subject areas, as well as teacher trainers, to take part in a consultation process on the upcoming European Commission Guidance on assessing digital skills in primary and secondary education.

The guidance is currently under development and is expected to be finalised in early 2027. It aims to support digital skills development by promoting quality, inclusive assessment practices and providing guidance for teachers and policymakers.

The purpose of the consultation is to gather perspectives on the relevance, clarity, practicality, and usability of the proposed practical guidance targeting teachers, and to ensure that it reflects the realities and needs of teachers in different educational contexts.

Selected teachers will be contacted with further information about the consultation process and next steps. In any case, the consultation will take place online and will consist of two meetings, scheduled for Tuesday 27 October 2026 and Thursday 5 November 2026, both in the late afternoon.
