TMPilates is delighted to announce the launch of its new Video Library.
This library of classes consists of Pilates, Slings Myofascial Movements, Yin Yoga along with classes for specific targeted body areas. A variety of props are introduced in some classes to challenge, stabilise and/or bring more awareness into the body.
The classes are of varying durations and for different abilities from Beginners to Advanced. Detailed instruction is given to modify or progress in many exercises. Are you time poor and unable to commit to a schedule? … this is your answer.
