SHAKESPERIENCE has started... |
Shakesperience was launched in 2024 and is specifically designed for Junior Cycle students. It's a fun and interactive performance of Merchant of Venice. Our Production is designed to help students understand the text and gain a deeper understanding of staging and director choices. A 90 Minute production with a mixture of performance and workshop. Developed by the team that runs the Shakespeare in Schools Leaving Cert productions it focuses on key scenes from Merchant of Venice with actors explaining production elements throughout. Discussions range from Staging, Set, Costume and Lighting choices offering students the chance to discuss options and make decisions in a fun, curriculum based Shakespeare - experience! |
