Summer Artist Residencies

We are delighted to announce that we are able to offer a limited number of places on our Artist Residency programme at Burren College of Art for a 3-week period this Summer, for the dates of June 5-23, 2023.

The Residency offers artists - at any stage of their careers - the time, space and inspiration to develop their work in the beautiful location of the Burren, on the BCA campus.

Residents will each get their own studio space, to which they will have 24/7 access for the duration of the residency, as well as the use of campus facilities which include: our digital lab, black and white photography darkroom. 3D sculpture lab, printing press (with previous experience), cafe and wi-fi access throughout the campus.

The fee for the 3 week residency is a reduced rate of €675. Accommdation is separate, and we are able to offer private rooms in our campus housing for the additional rate of €600 for the duration of the residency.
