Extreme Balconies Event
This event highlighted the growing role of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) in Ireland and the need for continued skills development to support its adoption. Speakers showcased how offsite manufacturing, standardisation and digital processes are improving quality, safety, efficiency and scalability across the construction sector.
Case studies from Extreme Balconies, Cairn Homes and Glenveagh demonstrated the benefits of factory-based production, design standardisation and strong supply chain partnerships in delivering projects more effectively. The event concluded with an interactive Q&A and factory tour.
