The purpose of this session is to provide an opportunity for Leaving Certificate Computer Science teachers to express your opinions and thoughts on the current curriculum. We value your expertise and believe that your first-hand experiences will be invaluable in shaping the future of computer science education in Ireland.

The session will involve a brief discussion on the intersection of ChatGPT(AI) and Leaving Certificate Computer Science, highlighting how technologies impacting the field. We will also open the floor to teachers to share their feedback on the curriculum. We are particularly interested in hearing what you like about the current curriculum, what you dislike, and what changes you would make if given the opportunity. Your input will help us identify areas for improvement, explore innovative teaching methodologies, and ensure that the Leaving Certificate Computer Science curriculum remains relevant and engaging for students. Additionally, your insights will contribute to the ongoing dialogue within the computer science education community.
