Plymouth Marjon University is delighted to launch its new online distance learning postgraduate courses, making innovative and flexible education available from anywhere in the world.
Our distance learning programme in Professional Education Practice is suitable for educators and trainers, and Management for a Sustainable Future is suitable for anyone in a leadership or management position. They have been carefully designed to ensure they are flexible and can fit around students’ work and personal commitments, taking around 12-15 hours a week of study time.
Our experienced, award-winning team bring the classroom to you, so that, just as in your past studies, you will feel a true part of our community here at Marjon.
All postgraduate courses are also eligible for a postgraduate loan which would cover the course fees.
MSc Management for a Sustainable Future
Fully accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), this course is an innovative alternative to a traditional MBA, which will equip you with the knowledge, understanding and practical skills to succeed. This course focuses on helping you to lead and manage change, enabling your team or your organisation to respond to global challenges, including digital disruption and the climate emergency.
PGCert, PGDip and MA in Professional Education Practice
This course might be the next step in your professional development as an educator. Education is changing fast, and if you want to increase your impact as an educator, and support your institution provide the highest quality teaching, this course is for you. The course reflects the online learning revolution of the last few months, and allows you to consider how you can respond to provide the best possible learning experience.
The course uses reflective practices and critical thinking to analyse your work experiences, as well as exploring coaching and mentoring techniques to take your teaching and education skills to the next level. The course is available as a full Master’s, but you can also work towards a shorter qualification of a Postgraduate Certificate or Diploma.
