Kerry College Open Week 2023 was a huge success with hundreds of students, career changers and jobseekers attending campus locations across Kerry.
In the Monavalley Campus attendees had the opportunity to visit the Skills Village which was showcasing Stone Crafting, Plumbing, Fibre Technician, Medical Administration, Overhead Lines and many more apprenticeships and courses. Monavalley also hosted a careers event Monday evening, catering to career-changers and upskillers.
Clash Rd Campus was open to the public on Tuesday with the options to take a guided tour, speak to current learners and staff, or simply explore what's on offer.
Killorglin Campus were onsite in the Monavalley Campus all week, exhibiting their Outdoor Education and Training courses. Visitors had the chance to breathe under water with a scuba respirator, try their hand balancing on a surfboard, experience VR mountain biking and much more.
School groups and visitors were delighted to explore the brand new Listowel Campus on Thursday, welcomed by Principal Stephen Goulding and his wonderful staff.
This week was a wonderful opportunity for prospective learners to talk to staff and current learners, and explore campus facilities to see the broad range of courses on offer at the different campuses. |
