The Age-Friendly University is looking for participants in our TRACEUS training programme!
The training consists of completing an online training course which will teach you how to use your mobile device to film yourself making a recipe. This recipe will then be published online to share Irish culture and traditions all over Europe!

What is Robotic Process Automation?
Robotic Process Automation is the technology that today allows anyone to configure computer software, or a robot, to emulate and integrate the actions of a human interacting within digital systems to execute a business process. RPA robots utilise the user interface to capture data and manipulate applications just like humans do. They interpret, trigger responses, and communicate with other systems in order to perform a vast variety of tasks.

This is one of the Healthcare Modules, this module can assist applicants with no Leaving Cert Biology in securing a place on a Beauty Course.
The course is delivered on-line through Zoom. The Tutor delivers the class “Live” each day from 9.30am to 1.30pm.
The course runs for 8 mornings in a 2 week period. (Tutor confirms class days on first day of course)

SOSAD - Dawn to Dusk- Volunteers Required
Locally SOSAD have assisted so many people . If you would like to give back they are looking for volunteers. They have seven office based in Meath, Louth, Cavan, Laois & Monagan. https://sosadireland.ie/about/
We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help with organising our annual walk - Dawn to Dusk. The walk is on the 10th of September and will coincide with World Suicide Prevention day. The role of the fundraising volunteer will be to help with tasks leading up to the event such as:
Organizing T-shirts, refreshments and venue props
Poster and flyer distribution
Managing a ticket stall at a shopping centre
Reaching out to local businesses for collaboration opportunities
As well as assisting with managing the event on the day
The commitment is 2 hours a week, leading up to the event date of 10th of September.

WPEP - Work Placement Programme
The Work Placement Experience Programme (WPEP) is a 6-month, 30 hour per week voluntary work experience programme. The programme is for jobseekers that are currently getting a qualifying social welfare payment and who have been unemployed for six months (156 days) or more. The weekly rate of payment is €306.
